A lovely simple Ottoman Turkish bracelet most likely from Istanbul. it is quite rigid and has a hinge to allow for easy wear. The barrel like closure closes with a push pin that is attached to the bracelet with a safety chain. The body of the bracelet is decorated with three rows of twisted wire. There is a lozenge like element that hides the closure and is adorned with a small red cabochon. Pretty and in good vintage condition.
